The Hair Lounge Savings Account
- You may only spend up to the amount in your account at that time.
- Any extra money owed must be paid upfront or we cannot perform the service.
- You may use your account off any hair or beauty service including Hair Extensions/Products/Courses in salon.
- Account credit is non refundable once purchased
No show , Cancellation & Deposit Policies
- Due to the current climate we will only be working on one guest at a time as a result of this we will have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy in place. Any appointment cancelled after this period will require another deposit to reschedule and the original deposit will not be refunded.
- Any appointment over 30 minutes will require a non refundable deposit which will be deducted from the overall bill upon check out.
- No shows will not be tolerated and will require 100% payment up front upon next appointment booking.
- Our team has the right to refuse any service if we do not feel the condition of the hair is in reasonable condition or if the client has not been patch tested prior to service if this is the case you may have your deposit refunded or offered to reschedule.
Delivery Policy-
- All deliveries can be tracked An Post Tracking System. Allow 1-3 days for delivery.
- Any faulty goods may be refunded within reason.
Covid-19 –
- Upon arrival your temperature will be recorded and we ask you please use sanitizers provided. Any clients with a temperature of 38C or above will be refused entry and your appointment will be rescheduled.
- Non contact greetings only.
- You must come to your appointment alone.
- Masks will be mandatory for the full duration of your appointment. You can bring your own or we can provide one at an additional cost.
- To keep everyone safe please reschedule if you are showing any symptoms of cold , flu’s or covid.
