- you may only spend up to the amount in your account at that time.
- Any extra money owed must be paid upfront or we cannot perform the service.
- You may use your account off any hair or beauty service including Hair Extensions/Products/Courses.
- We Have the right to refuse any service if we do not feel the condition of the hair is in reasonable condition. Or if the client has not been patch tested prior to service.
- Account credit is non refundable once purchased
- All deliveries can be tracked An Post Tracking System. Allow 1-3 days for delivery.
- Any faulty goods may be refunded within reason.
Cancellation and No Show Policy –
- We know things can pop up but please try and cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before hand.
- Multiple cancellations at late notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Not showing up for an appointments will incur a 50% deposit upon next appointment booking.
- Online booking – No Shows may be charged up to 50% of the service total. More than one no show will result in the full payment being taken
New client policy –
• All new colour clients must be patch tested at least 48 hours prior to appointment. If a patch test has not been done our stylists are instructed to refuse the service.
• Due to an influx of new client no shows , we have to enforce a €30.00 non refundable deposit on all new colour clients upon booking. This deposit will then be taken off the over all bill when checking out of the salon.
